The Role
We are hiring a Red Seal Carpenter to support the Site Supervisor and project team with high-quality carpentry across all scopes of work

This role is suited to an experienced, self-sufficient carpenter who:
Takes ownership of their work
Contributes to site efficiency
Upholds Rolling Tides’ standards for safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship


Key Responsibilities
Execute carpentry work across framing, exterior, siding, trim, and general site scopes
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and details independently
Deliver work to code, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards
Support site sequencing, productivity, and coordination with other trades
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite in line with WorkSafeBC standards
Complete daily FLHAs and required site documentation
Communicate progress, issues, and material needs proactively


What You Bring
Red Seal Carpenter certification
4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
Strong understanding of building codes and construction best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional communication and team-first attitude
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License

Compensation & Perks
Competitive hourly wage: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour
