The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead construction projects from start to finish — ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams, driving proactive planning, transparent communication, and disciplined project controls that reflect the Rolling Tides standard.

- Budget & Cost Control
- Deliver projects at or above target margins with accurate forecasting and strong change management.
- Schedule & Procurement Readiness
Hit contractual milestones through disciplined planning, risk management, and long-lead tracking.
- Relationships: Clients, Consultants & Subtrades
Build partnerships that encourage collaboration, clear communication, and repeat business.Keep documentation complete, current, and compliant in Procore and all internal systems.Model accountability and continuous improvement. Mentor site teams to uphold Rolling Tides’ values and processes.What You’ll Do
- Administration & Controls
- Professional Development & Team Leadership
- Oversee all phases of commercial and multifamily construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and scopes to meet contractual commitments.
- Coordinate subtrades, consultants, and clients to resolve issues before they impact cost or schedule.
- Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and change orders; maintain documentation accuracy in Procore.
- Forecast monthly project performance with detailed commentary on risks and variances.
- Lead weekly project meetings with clear minutes, next actions, and accountability tracking.
- Support and mentor Site Superintendents on planning, documentation, and quality control.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in commercial construction as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project documentation from pre-construction through closeout.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software (ideally Procore).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to balance accountability with collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license.
Nice to Have:
- Prior on-site trade experience.
- Multifamily project experience.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in public sector or design-build delivery models.
