In the heart of Royal Roads, we undertook a complete revitalization of the historic Gate House. Stripping the home down to the studs, we reconfigured the upstairs floor plan and brought every detail up to modern standards. This included all-new installations, meticulous repointing of the exterior rock masonry, and essential repairs to the unique copper roofing and gutters—restoring the Gate House to its former glory with a new level of durability.

By taking the structure down to its bones, we reimagined the upstairs layout and elevated every corner to meet modern standards. The signature copper roof and gutters were meticulously repaired, ensuring that the Gate House not only shines with its original charm but is also equipped for the future.
